Pizzocchero d'oro celebrates this famous local dish, a type of ribbon-shaped noodles made with buckwheat flour, with a widespread demonstration involving several restaurants in the area. They will propose varied menus that will show you countless ways to satisfy your palate.
Visitors can explore the flavors of this territory during this demonstration thanks to the presence of several local stands and warehouses. Once you go into the town's hidden streets and narrow corners, it will be possible to gaze upon the medieval tower and the trails that take to the valley.
Pizzochero d'oro will take place during all the weekends of September, October and November.
