Gourmets can dine on the area's simple yet refined cuisine, made with local ingredients.

Winter in the Seriana and Scalve Valleys offers plenty of events and things to do, for both skiers and those who prefer to approach to the snow in a different way. With over 100 km of trails, dozens of lifts and postcard views, the area is equipped with slopes for children learning to ski along with technical runs for more experienced skiers. These valleys also offer cross country skiing, mountain huts with sun terraces for taking a pleasant break surrounded by the Orobie Pre-Alps, trails for snowshoeing and ski touring for all skill levels and snowmobiling. That's not to mention the numerous trails for hiking and mountain biking.

On the slopes of Mount Ferrante, the Colere Ski Area 2200 is a renowned ski resort, with descents that don't exceed 550 metres, for skiers of all skill levels. Snowboarding fans can take advantage of the resort's snowpark. Snow lovers can also head out to Polzone to check out the boardercross track, equipped with an artificial snow-making system, with a total length of 400 metres and a descent of over 100 metres.

The district of Castione - Monte Pora is equipped with modern facilities and thirty slopes for all skill levels, even for children. The Orobie Mountains can also be explored by taking beautiful snowshoe walks, in close contact with the forests and the animals that live there. In addition to downhill skiing, you can even go snowboarding in Pora Park.

There are also easier runs for beginners and children along with three circular tracks for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Lizzola welcomes ski-enthusiasts with over twenty kilometres of runs for all ability levels, at altitudes between 1300 and 2000 metres, while those who prefer freeriding can train in the snow park equipped with flood lighting. If you love ski touring, don't miss the routes that lead up to the enchanting summits of Mount Sasna, Pizzo dei Tre Confini and Pizzo di Petto.
